Since its inception in 1972, Let’s Play Hockey newspaper has taken a leading role in helping advance the sport of hockey. By being actively involved, LPH broadens its influence and visibility, thus increasing the exposure of its advertisers.

- Let’s Play Hockey TV Magazine broadcast for 15 weeks during the hockey season to nearly 2.7 million households on Fox Sports Net for twelve years.
- The 22nd Annual Let’s Play Hockey Expo, organized in conjunction with the Minnesota State high School League boys hockey tournament, attracted over 40,000 hockey enthusiasts.
- The 13th Annual Let’s Play Hockey International Expo in Las Vegas, a dealer show, attracted hundreds of hockey, figure-skating and arena companies, along with thousands of attendees.
- Sponsor and organizer of the Ms. Hockey award and Ms. Hockey banquet, which recognizes the top high school girls hockey player in Minnesota.
- Let’s Play Hockey is the provider of Associated Press rankings for high school hockey in Minnesota.
- Trade Show at the American hockey Coaches Association (AhCA) Convention, formerly organized by LPH.
- Formed a foundation to grow college hockey at the varsity level in the United States.
